Pilates and Yoga
We have both mat and Reformer Pilates classes for you during pregnancy or after, as well as Yoga. For Pilates we recommend a pre-assessment with one of our women’s health Physiotherapists, and to wait until your second trimester unless they advise differently. Our highly trained team will be on hand to guide you through a safe and effective programme.

Pilates
Our pregnancy classes help to enhance your posture, build strength and maintain your wellbeing – preparing you for the challenges of pregnancy and a smooth delivery. Post-pregnancy we’ll help you return to exercise in fun and supportive ways – focusing on pelvic strengthening and tummy muscle recovery.

Yoga
You’ll connect with your mind, body, baby and other like-minded women. It’s a gentle way to relieve aches and pains, as well as creating ease of movement and breath in preparation for labour. Practising Yoga during pregnancy also has a calming effect on the mind, which is then transmitted to your baby.
We have classes online and in person at our Hampstead and Wimbledon studios – and babies are welcome to join until crawling age. Please fill in a pregnancy health screening form before you attend and email back to the clinic you will be attending. We also offer 1 to 1 Pilates to suit your specific needs.
