A challenging workout

The Pilates Reformer is an exercise machine used to incorporate the Pilates exercise technique for a challenging and intense workout.

How it works

Springs, leverage and body weight are used as resistance while you perform movements that target specific muscle groups.

How it helps

Reformer Pilates classes are designed to improve tone, muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, mobility and posture.

We have classes online and in person at our Hampstead and Wimbledon studios. And if you have an injury, we recommend a pre-assessment with a Physiotherapist to make sure the class is right for you.
