Current opportunities
We’re looking for a full time experienced and enthusiastic Physiotherapist at our Wimbledon clinic to manage a busy and mixed caseload of MSK and Rehab. We work seamlessly, using our physiotherapy and rehab expertise to restore our clients health and wellness beyond their potential. Our strong reputation, sound medical network of referrers and client success rates mean we can offer a busy and dynamic environment.
A minimum of 3 year’s experience is required, with 2 years in private practice preferred. Pilates training in the mat and studio equipment and experience are desired but full training can be provided to the right candidate.
It’s important to us that you’ re team-orientated, an independent thinker and passionate about growing your career. We have a structured team framework with ongoing opportunities for learning and growth within Physiotherapy, management, business and clinical teaching.
Requirements:
- Assess and treat Physiotherapy patients (45 – 60 minute Initial appointments, 30 minute follow ups – flexibility with appointment lengths for complex cases/learning opportunities encouraged)
- Conduct Clinical Pilates Initial Assessments and triage to other allied health team members where indicated
- Teach Private, Duets and small group Pilates Classes (1:1 or 4:1) using various Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector & Balls/Bands etc)
- Participate in team continued education and regular case study conversations
- Use down time for continued self development and Studio community interaction (blogs, participate in Studio classes, take initiative and help out with general daily tasks)
Skills and experience:
- 2 year Private Practice Experience preferred
- Confidence with Musculoskeletal Assessment, diagnosis and hands on therapy
- Clinical Pilates training & experience working with Pilates Equipment desired but will be provided for the right candidate
- Experience working with Pre/Post Natal women preferred however not required
- Good time management skills and able to multi-task
- Takes initiative, sees a task and gets it done
- Willing to work some evenings.
- Confident, friendly, motivated and fun; must be able to have a laugh with the team.

It’s essential that you have experience of working in reception and management in the private healthcare sector, hotel or spa industries.
Main Purpose of the Job:
The right person will be a leading face and voice of our practice and must reflect professionalism, courtesy, care and attention to detail at the highest level, and be willing to go the extra mile to enhance the reputation of the practice and the experience of our clients. You will be part of a team who delivers a comprehensive and efficient administrative service and drives sales and customer service excellence.
Overview of the role:
Reporting to our practice manager, you will cover opening times which will include daytimes and two evening per week. Duties include managing practitioner and class teacher working schedules, appointment diaries and class timetables, preparing the clinic for appointments and classes, working with the OO to ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety and privacy legislation, ensuring routine cleaning and maintenance is completed, managing the in consumables and product stock, and undertaking all front of house functions such as greeting clients, telephone, bookings, payments, enquiries, banking, touring potential new clients around the center and welcoming new clients to the clinic and our processes.

We are looking for an experienced therapist who wish to increase their client base at our Hampstead and Wimbledon Clinics. We are a friendly team and offer peer support, skills-sharing and a supportive working environment. We provide rooms, marketing and booking services for our soft tissue therapists. Clientele includes existing Physiotherapy and Pilates clients referred in-house as well as new clients being generated from local sporting clubs, schools, businesses and medical links.
Applicants must have more than two years of consistent, recent clinical practice and excellent client retention rates.
Between £35 – 40/hour depending on experience.
The successful candidate(s) will be:

We’re looking for a part time experienced and enthusiastic Physiotherapist at our Hampstead and Wimbledon clinisc to manage a busy and mixed caseload of MSK Physiotherapy. We’re looking for a part time receptionist for our Hampstead clinic to help us grow our week end service. We also have opportunities for ad hoc mid week sessions to cover when other reception team members are on annual or sick leave. We currently have a small team of three receptionists who run a smooth and efficient front of house with excellent customer service, attention detail on all aspects of our client experience and a true willingness to help.
Requirements:
- You will have a minimum of 2 years receptionist experience in a similar role ideally within a medical or leisure business
- Understanding and experience of booking systems
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences with a smile
- Exceptional service standards with attention to detail
- Highly presentable appearance and interpersonal skills with a good command of English is essential both verbal and written.
