Current opportunities
We are looking for an experienced massage therapist who wish to increase their client base at our Hampstead and Wimbledon Clinics. We are a friendly team and offer peer support, skills-sharing and a supportive working environment. We provide rooms, marketing and booking services for our soft tissue therapists. Clientele includes existing Physiotherapy and Pilates clients referred in-house as well as new clients being generated from local sporting clubs, schools, businesses and medical links.
Applicants must have more than two years of consistent, recent clinical practice and excellent client retention rates.

This is the ideal role for a Pilates instructor to gain some valuable teaching experience within a supportive team at our Wimbledon clinic. We have some day and evening sessions available made up of both reformer class teaching and 1 to 1 teaching. We offer induction, training and support for all of our team members based on your training level and experience. This is a great opportunity to grow your career and gain valuable experience within an APPI clinic.
Outline of the role
As a Pilates teacher at APPI Pilates, you will have strong foundational Pilates training and demonstrable experience and success in delivering exceptional Pilates classes with positive energy, confidence and lots of personality. You’ll also work with private clients to make transformative changes to mind and body though bespoke Pilates programmes. You’ll be an inspirational ambassador, inspire retention by being community orientated and help drive sales through direct instructor to client contact.

Skills & Qualifications
- At minimum be Mat and Reformer certified.
- Comprehensive Pilates education, including Mat, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, and Barrels preferred, or willingness to obtain within the first year of your contract.
- Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates Certification, or if not, a willingness to obtain within the first 3 months of your contract.
- Current First Aid in the workplace certificate or willingness to obtain within the first three months of your contract.
- Must have morning and evening and a willingness for weekend availability if required.

We are a leading Physiotherapy and Pilates business based in London. We help people across all ages and backgrounds to prevent, recover and manage wide ranging injuries and longer-term conditions. Our teams in London are experts in our world-renowned method of APPI Pilates – helping people with any level of fitness or injury to achieve their movement potential. We’re growing and evolving faster than ever before, and an exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to take on the role of receptionist at our Wimbledon clinic.
It’s essential that you have experience of working in reception and management in the private healthcare sector, hotel or spa industries.
Main Purpose of the Job:
The right person will be a leading face and voice of our practice and must reflect professionalism, courtesy, care and attention to detail at the highest level, and be willing to go the extra mile to enhance the reputation of the practice and the experience of our clients. You will be part of a team who delivers a comprehensive and efficient administrative service and drives sales and customer service excellence.
Overview of the role:
Reporting to our practice manager, you will cover opening times which will include daytimes and two evening per week. Duties include managing practitioner and class teacher working schedules, appointment diaries and class timetables, preparing the clinic for appointments and classes, working with the OO to ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety and privacy legislation, ensuring routine cleaning and maintenance is completed, managing the in consumables and product stock, and undertaking all front of house functions such as greeting clients, telephone, bookings, payments, enquiries, banking, touring potential new clients around the center and welcoming new clients to the clinic and our processes.

Salary: starting at £25 – 26K per annum. Performance based pay incentives.
