Current opportunities
This is the ideal role for a Pilates instructor to gain some valuable teaching experience within a supportive team at our Hampstead clinic. We have popular Saturday and Sunday sessions available made up of both reformer class teaching and 1 to 1 teaching. We offer induction, training and support for all of our team members based on your training level and experience. This is a great opportunity to grow your career and gain valuable experience within an APPI clinic.
Outline of the role
As a Pilates teacher at APPI Pilates, you will have strong foundational Pilates training and demonstrable experience and success in delivering exceptional Pilates classes with positive energy, confidence and lots of personality. You’ll also work with private clients to make transformative changes to mind and body though bespoke Pilates programmes. You’ll be an inspirational ambassador, inspire retention by being community orientated and help drive sales through direct instructor to client contact.

Skills & Qualifications
- At minimum be Mat and Reformer certified.
- Comprehensive Pilates education, including Mat, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, and Barrels preferred, or willingness to obtain within the first year of your contract.
- Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates Certification, or if not, a willingness to obtain within the first 3 months of your contract.
- Current First Aid in the workplace certificate or willingness to obtain within the first three months of your contract.
- Weekend availability required.

We’re looking for a part time receptionist at our Wimbledon clinic for our Saturday shift (8 hours). We also have regular opportunities for ad hoc shifts to cover when other reception team members are on annual or sick leave. We currently have a small team of three receptionists who run a smooth and efficient front of house with excellent customer service, attention detail on all aspects of our client experience and a true willingness to help.
Requirements:
You’ll be naturally friendly, proactive, organised and enthusiastic. Be highly presentable with strong interpersonal skills. Hold a good command of English in both verbal and written.
Be passionate about delivering excellent customer experience with a genuine can do attitude, attention to detail and friendliness.
Be committed to exceptional service standards with attention to detail.
Roles:
Greeting and helping clients in a friendly and proactive manner on arrival to ensure all aspects of their experience is exceptional. Confidently managing telephone, email and in person enquiries, bookings and payments.
Ensuring that the studio environment is always highly presentable.
General administrative duties
Helping to drive sale with a pro-active and inspiring approach.
To assist therapists and Pilates instructors with admin tasks to help their working day run smoothly.
