Life at APPI
At APPI, we care and take pride in everything we do.
We know our team is everything – to us and our clients, each and every day. And we have a pretty fabulous team – from our incredibly devoted centre managers and our friendly reception teams to our skilful Physios and massage therapists, and our creative Pilates, Yoga and Barre teachers.
Our values are to always show respect, support and appreciation for our team. So here are some of the fun things we like to do together and a few of the valuable perks we have on offer at APPI.
Health and wellbeing
We’re huge cheerleaders for all things health and wellness at APPI, so everyone gets to enjoy Pilates, Yoga and Barre classes along with all of our services using our healthy staff discount.
Pilates training
Given our respected position in the field of Pilates teacher training, our team are perfectly positioned to benefit from free Pilates mat and equipment training, as well as all of our continuing professional development (CPD) courses.
Learning and development
We handpick our team for motivated, self-driven, inspired people – and we know it’s invaluable to help each and every team member continue to grow through learning and development. We help with CPD planning, a generous annual CPD allowance and a comprehensive in-house in-service training (IST) programme – with respected medical partners on hand to provide insight.
