Meet the team

Yuka attended the London School of Massage and then completed further training to achieve a BTEC level 5 qualification in soft tissue therapy with the London school for Sport Massage.

Over the past 6 years, Yuka has worked in the clinical setting alongside Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and Chiropractors.  In this time, she has developed an in-depth understanding of injury prevention and management and the unique benefits of providing parallel care alongside another practitioner.

Her application of soft tissue massage for people with injuries or specific needs comes from a deep understanding of anatomy and pathology.  Yuka possesses a wide range of soft tissue massage techniques from relaxing Swedish massage and manual lymphatic drainage to deep tissue and sports massage.

Yuka is expert at tailoring every session to the specific needs, goals and presentation of her clients.
