I haven’t submitted a review for a while so wanted to give a big well done to Sophia who runs the 10am class on Saturday. I’ve been attending Sophia’s classes for a long time and she always manages to keep the balance right between keeping the classes interesting and varied but also challenging. She’s clearly extremely knowledgeable in Pilates and anatomy generally so is able to give good guidance when injured. I always look forward to Sophia’s class.
