Shona Langridge
Yoga & Pilates Instructor
Shona has been teaching yoga for eleven years now and is trained in Bikram hot yoga, vinyasa flow, yin yoga, Pilates, HIIT and sound bowl healing with Tibetan bowls.
Having spent twenty five years in the corporate world, Shona eventually decided to change her career by moving into a more holistic field.
She has travelled all over the world teaching yoga, and it is the only practice that allows her to feel grounded and gives her space to connect mind and body through breath. She hopes that she can help you to do the same in one of her classes!
