Meet the team

Loren is the head receptionist at APPI clinic, Hampstead, so her face may be the first point of call for many of you. Outside of work her interests include musical theatre, and adventuring outside of London. She is partial to a swim or a game of tennis, if she can ever find a partner who is available more than once a month! Loren’s great passion is studying the topic of mental health and she realises that in a post-pandemic world, it has become crucial to understand what others may be going through and realise that sometimes just offering an ear can be all that is needed to support people. She looks forward to greeting you when you arrive!
