Meet the team

Kirsty is a dancer, choreographer and recently qualified yoga teacher who is passionate about health and wellness. She has years of customer service experience having worked as cabin crew for the past 10 years, alongside various roles in hospitality. When she’s not flying the skies she’s part of an amateur dramatic society that put on a charity pantomime every year. She also loves yoga, long walks and going to the theatre.

She loves creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and meeting new people. Having had treatment at the clinic herself she is looking forward to becoming part of the team and helping others on their movement and wellbeing journey!
