Where we are

Kate Klimova

Pilates Instructor

Kate began her Pilates journey ten years ago to improve her performance as a runner, and quickly found that it provided enormous benefits in terms of strength, mobility, and endurance. Inspired by her trainers, she qualified as a Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor (YMCA) and later a reformer Pilates instructor. Kate is passionate about helping people build their strength, flexibility, and confidence, and believes that Pilates is an excellent tool for doing so.
