Meet the team

Izzy is an MSK physiotherapist, she completed her Bachelor of human kinetics at the University of Ottawa and a MSc Physiotherapy at Brunel University. Izzy specializes in our running analysis service and is trained in level 1 dry needling. She is dedicated to delivering evidence-based care that helps clients recover, move better, and achieve their goals.

As an individual who grew up in and around sports and fitness, she has an adept understanding of athletic performance and injury prevention. This experience informs her hands-on approach to developing individualised treatment plans, focusing on recovery, strength, and functional movement.

She is committed to empowering clients to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey, ensuring long-lasting results and improved quality of life.
