Meet the team

Izzy is a MSK physiotherapist.  She completed her Bachelor of human kinetics at the University of Ottawa and a MSc Physiotherapy in London.  Izzy is dedicated to delivering evidence-based care that helps clients recover, move better, and achieve their goals.  As a Canadian who grew up playing high-level ice hockey she has an adept understanding of athletic performance and injury prevention.  This experience informs her hands-on approach to developing individualised treatment plans, focusing on recovery, strength, and functional movement.  She is committed to empowering clients to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey, ensuring long-lasting results and improved quality of life.

Outside of the clinic, Izzy has a passion for running and a goal of completing a hyrox in 2025.
