Inga Kasinskaite

Sports Therapist, APPI Pilates Instructor
Degree in Kinesitherapy

While Physiotherapy is primarily about restoring your movement for getting the most out of your everyday life, Sports Therapy focuses specifically on returning you to the required physical level for your sport. As a Sports Therapist, Inga specialises in the prevention of injury and rehabilitation back to optimum levels of functional, occupational and sports-specific fitness – for any age and ability. Inga has a wide range of Sports Therapy skills, from hands-on techniques, such as soft tissue massage and assisted stretching, to prescribing therapeutic exercise and planning progressive fitness programmes. She then connects her Sports Therapy practice with Pilates by helping people to understand movements, push their boundaries and discover more about their own abilities.

“I come from a Physiotherapy background and have been teaching Pilates for the past 4 years – during which it has become a personal and professional passion of mine. In my sessions, I love to focus on details in order to promote a good quality of movement.”

Your reassuring calmness, patience and attention to detail really helped me get into a groove with the exercises – and your clear instructions on how to do each exercise is still very vivid.
Inga’s commentary and explanations of what we are doing, why and how is really impressive. She is a great communicator.
