Georgie Farrar
Physiotherapist
Georgie completed her BSc Physiotherapy at the University of Salford. Prior to studying physiotherapy, she attended a vocational ballet school until the age of 19, where her interest and passion for physiotherapy began. Georgie has experienced several injuries, and through her own rehabilitation and physiotherapy journey she developed a strong understanding of injury management and prevention with an appreciation for personalised care.
Now as a qualified physiotherapist, she hopes to use that knowledge and expertise to approach patient care in a holistic manner, aiming not just for short term recovery but also long-term wellbeing. She is particularly interested in helping clients return to their hobbies, activities or sports, facilitating their journey back to peak independence and performance.
Her athletic training at ballet school has enriched her with the ability to recognise, understand, and empathise with the challenges faced throughout injury and rehabilitation. Whether that be overcoming a mental or physical battle, she is passionate about ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way.
In her spare time, she enjoys staying active by engaging in triathlon activities, gym work and attending dance classes. She loves travelling and outdoor adventures.
