Meet the team

Duncan Craigen
Clinical Manager
Senior Sports Rehab Therapist
Men's Pelvic Health Therapist
BSc (Hons) Sports Rehabilitation
From a young age Duncan was interested in working in healthcare and fitness and he qualified as a BASRaT accredited Graduate Sports Rehabilitator. He has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge from working in Occupational Health, Private Practice and Rugby for over a decade. He likes to use a goal orientated approach with clients to help them rebuild and regain their health and fitness to do what they love doing.
He became a men’s pelvic health therapist because he saw a massive gap in care and too many men suffering in silence. Whether it’s post-surgical changes after prostate cancer, persistent pelvic pain, urinary or bowel dysfunction, or performance issues in athletes, he offers skilled, individualised treatment that goes beyond surface-level solutions.
His focus is not just on treatment, but also on education, awareness, and helping men feel more comfortable in their bodies again. His goal is to work together with you and, you’ll find a judgment-free space to ask questions, understand your symptoms, and build a plan that works.
Duncan is an avid sportsperson having played for most of his life and continues to play rugby as well as dabbling in golf during the summer months. To support both activities he regularly does weight training, reformer pilates and running to help maintain his strength and fitness.
