Meet the team

Deniz graduated from the University of Bradford in 2021 and has been working in private MSK physiotherapy clinics ever since.  Her passion for musculoskeletal injuries stem from her previous experience as a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athlete and a volleyball player. She understands the needs of a patient during a recovery period, both mentally and physically, due to experiencing several injuries herself throughout her sports life.  She believes that patient education is one of the most important things in recovery to reach the desired goals.  She is qualified in dry needling and IASTM. Every day, she uses these techniques in her treatment combined with a personalised exercise plan, Pilates and activity modification when needed.  As well as adults, she has specialised experience in treating children.

In her free time, she loves doing Pilates, walking dogs and discovering new places.
