Meet the team

Deniz graduated from the University of Bradford in 2021 and has been working in private musculoskeletal physiotherapy clinics ever since. Her passion for her job stems from her background as a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete and volleyball player. Having experienced several injuries and surgeries herself, Deniz understands the physical and mental demands of recovery and uses this insight to support her patients holistically.

She believes that patient education is fundamental to achieving successful outcomes and long-term progress. In addition to treating more common injuries, Deniz is certified in more specialised areas like; scoliosis management, hypermobility, and ante/postnatal care, allowing her to tailor treatment plans to a wide range of individual needs. She is also qualified in dry needling and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM), which she incorporates into her practice alongside personalised exercise programs and Pilates.

Deniz has experience treating both adults and children and enjoys helping clients across all stages of life build strength, confidence, and movement resilience. In her free time, she enjoys doing Pilates, walking dogs, and discovering new places.
