Dee Davidson
Pilates Instructor & Massage Therapist
With a strong foundation in health, movement, and wellbeing, Dee is passionate about holistic health and the body’s natural ability to restore balance and thrive through mindful, intelligent practice.
Blending backgrounds in nursing, yoga, and massage therapy, Dee combines clinical knowledge with a compassionate, holistic approach. Her sessions integrates anatomy, biomechanics, and mindful movement with curiosity, precision, and care. She is dedicated to helping people build sustainable, confident relationships with movement that nurture long-term strength, balance, mobility, and vitality.
With over 14 years of experience delivering high-quality care across both community and hospital settings as a qualified nurse, Dee brings deep empathy and understanding to her work. She believes everyone deserves access to healing and the opportunity to live optimally. Guided by a strong sense of purpose, she has volunteered in Africa and worked across both the private sector and the NHS, including roles at The Portland Hospital and Chelsea & Westminster Hospital.
Drawn to Pilates for its ability to enhance both physical functionality and mental clarity, Dee recognised it as the perfect harmony of science and mindfulness — a practice that cultivates strength, mobility, and resilience from within. What began as a personal journey toward longevity and injury prevention soon evolved into a professional calling, inspiring her to share its transformative benefits and help others feel truly at home in their bodies.
A fully certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor, Dee is trained across all major disciplines — Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels, and Injuries & Special Populations — allowing her to deliver adaptable, inclusive sessions for individuals and groups. She also holds Level 3–5 Sports Massage qualifications, providing restorative treatments that relieve tension, manage pain, and enhance recovery. Her NHS experience in rehabilitative and therapeutic care further strengthened her understanding of how movement and touch can transform health and quality of life.
Whether through Pilates, massage, or an integrative blend of both, Dee offers bespoke sessions grounded in a holistic wellness approach, helping individuals reconnect with their bodies while building lasting strength, balance, and vitality. Passionate about pre and post-natal care and supporting young people in cultivating healthy, lasting relationships with movement and wellbeing, she continually evolves her practice through ongoing study and collaboration within the wider wellness community.
Outside her practice, Dee leads an active and creative life enriched by music, art, and movement. She enjoys Pilates, yoga, calisthenics, aerial barre, nature walks, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — all of which deepen her connection to the body, enhance awareness, and support balance and injury prevention.
Dedicated to rehabilitation, functional movement, and lifelong wellbeing, Dee’s philosophy is simple: to empower others to move freely, live fully, and feel deeply connected — in body, mind, and spirit.
