Daisy is a Mat-based Pilates teacher who believes in a holistic approach to health and well-being. Currently, she is expanding her knowledge and skills by completing her qualification in Reformer Pilates. This additional training allows her to offer informed guidance and support to clients interested in exploring different Pilates modalities. Her dedication to continuous learning ensures that she stays up to date with the latest research and practices within the wellness world.

As our receptionist, Daisy’s goal is to ensure that every client feels valued and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. She has a love for languages, having studied Spanish and Portuguese at University, that helps her to connect with a diverse range of clients and create a welcoming atmosphere.
