Meet the team

Alice graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2016. Since then she has worked across multiple disciplines within Physiotherapy – including as a first contact practitioner for the NHS, within private practice and as a rugby pitch-side Physiotherapist. Musculo-skeletal, sport and orthopaedic rehabilitation are Alice’s primary interests and areas of expertise, driven by her love of cross country running, swimming, cycling and basketball. Alice has a wide range of experience working with different people – from newbies to weekend warriors and high-profile clients.

Alice practises evidence-based rehabilitation – she incorporates a mixture of education, hands-on and exercise-based therapies. Alice is an APPI Matwork trained instructor and enjoys applying Pilates to help rehabilitate injuries and improve performance, both professionally and personally.
