Originally from New Zealand, Alesha has always had a passion for exploring different countries.  In October 2022, she made the exciting decision to relocate to London and has been enjoying life here ever since.

With experience across various industries, including customer service, administration, and the spa industry, her goal is to make everyone feel welcomed and appreciated.  Alesha takes pride in going above and beyond to help others and hopes that everyone will leave with a smile.

Looking ahead, Alesha is eager to expand her knowledge in health and fitness and explore how it contributes to overall well-being.

In her free time, she loves to travel, go on long walks, and spend quality time with friends.
