Cancellations
We all know that life is busy and unpredictable at times so we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy for all bookings – Physiotherapy, Rehab therapy, Massage, Pilates 1 to 1 and classes. All cancellations or changes should be communicated to our reception (by phone or email) or can be managed online for Cliniko bookings or via Mindbody for classes at least 24 hours prior to your booking.
- Late cancellations: Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the booking are considered late cancellations and you will be charged in full or processed from your pre-paid credit.
- Early cancellations: Cancellations or changes made before 24 hours of the booking time are considered early cancellations and are eligible for a full credit.
- Missed appointments or classes: or what we call ‘did not attends’ (DNAs), also result in a charge for the full cost of that appointment or class.
Arrival time
Please arrive 5 minutes before class or your appointment and check in with our reception. In the case of classes, for safety reasons, you will be not permitted to join class if you are more than 10 minutes late. For 1 to 1 sessions, our instructors will allow up to 30 minutes for late arrivals.
Lateness of more than 10 minutes for a class or 30 minutes for a 1 to 1 will result in a loss of private credit and access to session.
Waitlist
We operate a wait list for all classes so that when a class is full, you can book yourself onto the waitlist. If you put yourself on the waitlist you should plan to attend class. You can join the waitlist for any class up to 1 hour before the start time of class.

Children under the age of 18 attending for an appointment should attend with a parent or guardian. Where this is not possible, APPI will provide a chaperone. A child between the ages of 16 – 18 may decide upon themselves to decline a chaperone, which will be noted. However, the treating therapist has the final decision over the presence of a chaperone. If the child declines a chaperone when the treating therapists requests a chaperone’s presence, the appointment will be rescheduled to accommodate the attendance of a parent or guardian.

If you feel you would like a chaperone present at your consultation please either inform reception or speak to your clinician who will be more than happy to arrange this for you.
