We’re delighted to invite you to a special complimentary members-only class – Burn & Brew!
Looking to get stronger? Strength training is an excellent way to complement any Pilates routine, helping you maintain and build muscle strength. This session offers a chance to try our new functional strength class — a full-body, circuit-style workout designed for those new to, or returning to strength-based exercise. We tailor exercises to your needs using kettlebells, dumbbells, and the barbell, helping improve overall strength while encouraging proper movement patterns and core engagement.
Come along for a workout guaranteed to put the heat in your muscles, then savour a calming brew, pastry, and fresh fruit with fellow members afterwards.
This class will be led by senior physiotherapist and strength class instructor Mark.
