Meet the team

Jo is a highly specialised musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapist with experience in women’s health. She completed her MSc (pre-registration) in Physiotherapy at the University of East Anglia.

Her clinical practice is characterised by expertise in manual therapy, acupuncture, and shockwave therapy, complemented by exercise prescription for a range of MSK conditions. Furthermore, Jo has completed the POGP (Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy) courses on urinary dysfunction and the Mummy MOT, enabling her to offer specialised postnatal examinations and treatment for women experiencing urinary incontinence.

Outside of her clinical work, Jo is actively involved in tennis. She is a qualified tennis coach and contributes to the sport’s development at both county and regional levels.
