Meet the team

Sarah originally trained in Dance and Musical Theatre in London but is now pursuing and developing her knowledge in the fitness and wellness industry. She recently completed her Yoga Teacher training and is excited to develop her knowledge and skills further here at APPI Clinics. Sarah is looking forward to helping and assisting others in the importance of movement and wellbeing and looks forward to welcoming you into the studios and getting to know each of you.
