Please join me virtually at APPI Clinics London to support a cause close to my heart. As an APPI Pilates Instructor – and a mother, daughter and breast cancer survivor – please join me for my first virtual Pilates mat class from the comfort of your home!

Cost: £10 for attendance with all proceeds going to Breast Cancer Now
As someone diagnosed at 45 years of age, I feel passionately about supporting Breast Cancer Now. This charity funds over 80 cutting edge research projects worth over £27 million, with aims to tackle secondary breast cancer, develop better treatments, prevent and diagnose breast cancer early, and improve people’s quality of life.
