Outside of work Melanie completed a half iron man distance triathlon and enjoys keeping active.
“I’ve worked in the APPI Clinic in Wimbledon for 10 years as both a Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor. My main Physiotherapy focus is spinal rehabilitation for back and neck injuries, as well as sports injuries. I use a wide range of techniques – including acupuncture, soft tissue release, spinal mobilisations, and of course Pilates based rehabilitation.”
Mel is so wonderful. The difference she made in my life is truly unparalleled. I would not be where I am now without her expertise. She is the best in her field.
Mel successfully rehabilitated me for medial lateral ligament damage in both knees. She proposed a thorough treatment plan involving hands-on therapy and targeted exercises. The treatment was extremely effective and in a short time frame I was pain free.
