Francine Zimbalist

Rehabilitation Therapist

Francine is passionate about empowering individuals to maintain their independence and vitality through exercise and movement. She believes in the power of physical activity to prevent age-related decline and promote overall well-being.

Drawing on her expertise as a Graduate Sports Rehabilitator, Postural Stability Instructor, Pilates Mat Instructor, and Yoga Teacher, Francine offers a unique, evidence-based approach to exercise therapy. Her focus is on helping individuals, especially those at risk of falls and fractures, improve bone mineral density, reduce fall risk, and enhance mobility, flexibility, reaction time and strength.

With a special interest in working with osteoporotic and osteopenic clients, Francine provides personalised exercise programmes tailored to individual needs and goals. Her group and private sessions are engaging and effective, combining a variety of techniques to ensure optimal results.

Francine’s extensive experience in diverse settings, including military rehabilitation, collegiate athletics, care homes, and falls prevention services, has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to address a wide range of physical challenges. She is also trained in Menopause and Exercise, Exercise and Parkinson’s, and Strength & Conditioning.
