Meet the team

Carys is a warm and approachable receptionist at APPI Clinics Hampstead, dedicated to ensuring every client feels welcomed and supported from the moment they arrive. With a genuine passion for helping others, she’s always ready to assist wherever needed, creating a positive atmosphere for both clients and colleagues alike.

Currently completing her MSc in Neuroscience in London, Carys brings a strong academic foundation in how the body and brain work together. Her undergraduate degree in Sport & Exercise Science from Lancaster Medical School, where she achieved First Class Honours, has given her valuable insight into movement, rehabilitation, and the science behind recovery. This knowledge fuels her enthusiasm for APPI’s evidence-based approach to Pilates and physiotherapy.

Carys is particularly interested in neurorehabilitation and how therapeutic interventions can enhance both physical recovery and overall well-being. She’s excited to be working in an environment where cutting-edge clinical practice meets accessible, compassionate care, helping clients of all abilities experience the benefits of physiotherapy and Pilates.
