If you have an injury, we recommend an initial consultation with a Physiotherapist so we can make sure classes will work for you – as some injuries will require closer supervision and treatment. In a 30- or 60-minute assessment our Physios will look at your posture, joint movement and functional activities like squats, lunges and balance. Then we’ll go through the 5 basic principles of Pilates and how to apply them to Pilates exercises.

Our beautiful studios in Wimbledon and Hampstead have timetables of classes throughout the week – taught in-person and online. Our classes are led by experts enjoy welcoming you and helping you to get active and feel better.
