Physio led strength training classes
We offer a variety of strength based classes at both of our clinics. At Wimbledon we run two physio led classes – Saturday at 1pm with Natalie and Thursday at 2pm with Mark.
At our Hampstead clinic, Izzy runs a functional strength class on Monday at 9am.
Functional Strength is a full-body circuit-style class designed to support those getting started or returning to exercise by improving mobility, stability, and overall strength. With a focus on muscular endurance and proper movement patterns, each session encourages core engagement and builds confidence in how your body moves through life’s natural changes. It’s a supportive, empowering environment to help you feel strong, capable, and energised in your everyday life.
If you are looking for a reformer based strength class, then join Georgie on Tuesday 2pm at Wimbledon.
This low–impact, high–benefit class focuses on:
- Strengthening core abdominal, pelvic and hip muscles
- Improving balance, flexibility & posture
- Having a fun and socialble time while enjoying all the benefits of Pilates!
Our Active Strength Reformer Pilates class is designed for all abilities and ages – whether you’re brand new or a seasoned mover, we meet you at your level.
