Sneha Kamat
Senior MSK Physiotherapist
Sneha is a dedicated physiotherapist with a passion for sports injury rehabilitation and performance enhancement. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy at Manipal University, India, before moving to England to pursue her Master’s in Sports and Exercise Medicine at the University of Nottingham. While completing her studies, she gained hands-on experience as a Physiotherapist in a private clinic.
Her expertise extends to pitchside physiotherapy, where she has worked with cricket and football teams, managing acute sports injuries. Sneha holds the Intermediate Trauma and Medical Management in Football (ITMMiF) certification from the Football Association (FA), equipping her with the knowledge to handle on-field injuries as well. She has a particular interest in ACL rehabilitation and running-related injuries, helping athletes recover from ligament injuries, overuse conditions, and biomechanical imbalances. She strongly believes in tailoring treatment plans to suit each individual’s needs. By combining manual therapy with targeted exercise programs, she helps her clients recover efficiently, prevent re-injury, and optimise their performance.
Beyond the clinic, Sneha is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys running, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family. She is always eager to expand her knowledge and stay updated with the recent advancements in her field.
