Meet the team

Poppy is a welcoming and friendly receptionist at APPI Clinics, always happy to help out when needed.  She is particularly enthusiastic about Pilates and is a qualified level 3 mat Pilates instructor.  She is interested in how Pilates can support rehabilitation as well as overall well-being and is excited to help people of all abilities experience the benefits.  Outside of work, she loves to travel and enjoys spending time with friends and family, embracing her fun side.  Whether at the clinic or out and about, Poppy strives to create both a positive and supportive environment for both clients and colleagues.
