Nelly is one of the welcoming faces at APPI Clinics, dedicated to ensuring every client enjoys a warm, friendly, and professional experience from the moment they arrive. She understands that visiting a clinic can sometimes feel overwhelming, so she takes pride in creating a calm, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable, valued, and well cared for.

With a strong background in front-of-house operations, customer service, and administration, Nelly brings excellent organisational skills and a genuine passion for helping people. She has experience managing appointments, supporting clinicians, handling enquiries, and ensuring the day-to-day running of reception is efficient and seamless. Her approachable nature and attention to detail allow her to build positive relationships with both patients and colleagues, making each interaction personal and reassuring.

Before joining APPI Clinics, Nelly spent over 15 years in the beauty industry as a professional makeup artist and later expanded her career into clinic management and administration. These roles allowed her to develop exceptional communication skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and a deep appreciation for delivering outstanding client care. She believes that every client deserves to feel listened to, respected, and confident that they are receiving the highest level of service.

Nelly is passionate about health, wellbeing, and helping others, values that align closely with APPI Clinics’ commitment to delivering exceptional client care. She enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and thrives in an environment where compassion, professionalism, and continuous learning are at the heart of everything they do.

Outside of work, Nelly enjoys keeping active, exploring new places, and spending time with family and friends. She has a keen interest in wellness, aesthetics, and personal development, always looking for new ways to grow both personally and professionally.
