Jinhee Lee Felton
Pilates Instructor & Personal Trainer
Jinhee’s career began in marketing, with a Master’s degree in Marketing Management and experience spanning the sports and global technology industries. However, movement and fitness have always been an important part of her life. After seeing her husband’s recovery from back pain through private Reformer Pilates at APPI, she was inspired to change career and help others recover, build strength and keep moving with confidence.
Jinhee is a Level 2 and Level 3 Personal Trainer and APPI Certified Mat Pilates Instructor. She has also completed her Reformer Pilates training and is currently working towards her APPI Large Equipment (Large Apparatus) Pilates certification. She combines Pilates and strength training to create thoughtful, purposeful sessions tailored to each individual.
With a diverse sporting background, Jinhee understands the importance of building a strong, capable body. She has participated in boxing, kickboxing, running, squash and golf, and was one of the first certified female professional boxers in South Korea. Today, she enjoys cycling, hiking, swimming, golf, trail running, weight training and Pilates. She has also completed the Wimbledon Trail Half Marathon and cycled London to Brighton twice.
Jinhee is particularly passionate about strength, healthy ageing and helping people stay active throughout life. She continues to develop her knowledge of women’s health, with a special interest in perimenopause, menopause, muscle strength and bone health.
Her philosophy is simple: care about your body, stay curious about how it moves, and keep moving for life.
