Eliane Munier-Dautigny
Pilates Instructor
Eliane’s love for movement began at a very young age when she discovered her passion for dance. That passion led her to a rewarding career as a professional ballet dancer, performing with San Francisco Ballet, Miami City Ballet, and other international companies. Before launching her professional journey at just 17, she earned a full scholarship to New York City Ballet’s School of American Ballet and attended LaGuardia High School for the Performing Arts—the “Fame” school.
Like many dancers, Eliane found that Pilates was essential to her training—building strength, enhancing flexibility, improving alignment, and preventing injuries. Today, as a fully certified APPI Equipment and Mat Work Instructor, she brings these same benefits to her Pilates classes. With a warm, supportive, and fun approach, Eliane helps each client feel longer, stronger, and more connected in their body.
As a mother with deep personal and professional experience in both neurodiversity and high-level competitive sports, Eliane believes deeply in meeting people where they are. Whether in a group class or one-on-one, she tailors her teaching with compassion, encouragement, and care—so that everyone can feel safe, seen, and inspired to move. It gives her great pleasure to share her love of movement with others.
