B.Physio MHPCP, MCSP
Claire qualified from Sheffield Hallam University in 2011 and initially worked in the United Lincolnshire NHS Trust. In 2016, Claire moved into a senior Physiotherapy position in private healthcare, specialising in elective orthopaedics and musculo-skeletal conditions.
Claire treats a wide range of conditions from neck and back pain, acute injuries to elective post-operative rehabilitation. Within this role she has a specific interest in shoulder assessments and treatment. Claire is also a certified APPI mat instructor, and has trained in APPI Pilates for runners, riders, the shoulder and the resistance cord. Claire integrates her Pilates qualifications into her rehabilitation to enable her patients to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. She has also run weekly Pilates classes in her local community.
Claire rode horses from a young age, until her early 20s, and is keen to pursue working with horse and riders in the future. Claire enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, and is keen to reignite her passion for riding, alongside her daughter.
