Bethany Childs

Lead Pilates Instructor

Bethany is a certified STOTT Pilates instructor trained across core apparatus, including Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac and Stability Chair. With more than a decade of personal practice behind her, she brings energy, expertise and a genuine love of movement to every session.

Pilates first drew her in as a new mother seeking to rebuild strength and restore her energy; its transformative impact motivated her to leave a career in the arts and retrain with STOTT Pilates.

Bethany works closely with clients at every stage of their journey, designing sessions that retain Pilates’ core principles while being tailored to individual needs and goals. Whether supporting injury recovery, managing a chronic condition, improving athletic performance, or simply helping someone move with greater ease, her approach focuses on building full-body strength and high-quality movement that feels empowering, sustainable, and fun.

For Bethany, Pilates is a pathway to moving better, feeling stronger, and staying active in the things she loves—whether that’s skiing, running, weight training, or keeping up with her two sons. When she’s not teaching or moving, you’ll likely find her watching her beloved Fulham Football Club or reading a book, perhaps the one hobby that Pilates hasn’t directly improved.
