Meet the team

Ayushi is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a special interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. She is passionate about helping people recover from injury, manage pain, and get back to doing what they enjoy most, whether that’s playing sport, exercising, or simply moving with confidence in everyday life.

She graduated from the University of Nottingham with an MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine, majoring in Sports and Exercise Medicine with a minor in Sports Nutrition. She is also certified in ITMMiF and acupuncture through the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP).

Her approach combines hands-on physiotherapy, acupuncture, and personalised rehabilitation programmes to support recovery, prevent future injuries, and improve long-term performance. She has experience treating sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, persistent pain, and a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.

Outside the clinic, Ayushi has always enjoyed staying active, whether she’s playing basketball, pickleball, running, or training for her first race. She understands firsthand the physical and mental challenges that can come with injury, rehabilitation, and returning to sport.

When she’s not working or training, you’ll usually find her experimenting in the kitchen, baking something new, or exploring her growing interest in nutrition and its role in recovery and performance. She also enjoys photography, filmmaking, and discovering cuisines from around the world.
