At APPI, we hold high teaching standards and want to ensure you feel maximal benefits from your Pilates journey with us. Therefore, we ask all new clients to attend a 60 minute 1 to 1 Pilates assessment session to discuss your targets, review your posture and movement. We then jointly plan the best programme for you whether that be classes, 1 to 1’s or a combination of both. To help get you started, we’re offering you 20% off the price of our 60 minute 1 to 1 Pilates assessment. Its the best time to start!
Introductory offer

We offer two different Introductory offers depending on what type of movement medicine you’re looking for. Whether you’re looking for reformer Pilates or mat and yoga classes, we’ve got you covered!
