Clinical Lead - MSc Physiotherapy MCSP, MSc Neuroscience, BSc (Hons) Psychology, Adv. Dip. Myotherapy, Stott and APPI Pilates Instructor
Tegan qualified as a Physiotherapist from St. George’s University in 2021 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her Physiotherapy. She has over 10 years of clinical experience as a Myotherapist and clinical Pilates Instructor in London, Australia, New Zealand and the United Arab Emirates. Tegan’s academic studies encompass the whole person – the biopsychosocial approach to rehabilitation, injury, fitness and recovery. She enjoys incorporating this approach into her treatments and uses various methods – including trigger point therapy, fascial release, dry needling, and individualised exercises for rehabilitation.
Tegan loves her work and describes working with people to achieve their functional goals as the most rewarding feeling. She has a special interest in complex cases, treating individuals who experience acute and chronic pain symptoms – either due to soft tissue injuries or from stress-related disorders.
Outside of work, Tegan enjoys tag rugby and she’s currently considering a 6th marathon.
