With over a decade of customer service experience, including three years in the leisure industry, Sammie has a natural talent for creating positive and welcoming experiences. Her friendly, people-first approach is at the heart of everything she does.

Outside of work, Sammie loves spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and soaking up the sun on holiday—with Greece being a personal favourite.
