Rochelle Herz
Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates Instructor
MPhysio, BHsc, MHCPC, MCSP
Rochelle is an Australian trained Physiotherapist. On completing her Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Physiotherapy in 2014, she worked across a wide range of acute and rehabilitation settings in a large hospital network in Melbourne, in addition to some private practice and pilates work.
In 2017, Rochelle travelled as part of a medical team supporting almost 500 Australian athletes competing in international games. Following this, she moved to London and continued her private practice journey. She has had experience working on maternity wards and privately with pre/postnatal women- screening, educating, raising awareness and teaching safe exercise/pilates. She also has done further basic training in vestibular disorders, enabling assessment and treatment of various causes of dizziness/vertigo.
Rochelle is passionate about helping people to live a healthier, pain-free life and achieve their physical goals. She feels it important to share knowledge and empower people to better understand their bodies and movement. Rochelle uses a range of manual therapy techniques, dry needling, education and clinical pilates to achieve results.
Outside of work, Rochelle enjoys keeping active, travel (pre-covid!), the arts, dance and frequenting London’s best coffee hubs.
I am loving my sessions with Rochelle - they're tough but rewarding, with the benefits felt immediately. She has ascertained my needs extremely quickly and each week is varied. There is a vast repertoire of exercises inside her head and she also has that rare skill of being able to think on her feet and change her plan for the session if appropriate. - Sophie W
