Meet the team
MSK Physiotherapist & APPI Pilates Instructor
Mitchell grew up in Vancouver and graduated in Kinesiology in 2017. In Canada Mitchell worked as a lifeguard, swim instructor and ice hockey coach. Then, as a registered Kinesiologist, he led personalised rehabilitation sessions out of a Vancouver cardiac clinic and in the community.
In 2020, Mitchell travelled across the pond for his Masters at St. George’s, University of London. His passion for Physiotherapy is rooted in his love for functional anatomy and the amazing potential of the human body. Mitchell believes consistent behaviour, a positive mindset and a rehab plan are the keys to successful recovery. Not only to get you back to where you were – but to help you become even stronger through exercise, education, manual therapy and a collaborative relationship. Mitchell is an APPI Matwork trained instructor and enjoys applying Pilates to help rehabilitate injuries and improve performance.
As a youth athlete Mitchell played football, ice hockey, rugby, tennis and baseball. His personal experience with injuries and rehab improved his understanding of the road to recovery (which he found invaluable as a student Physiotherapist with Sutton United FC). Mitchell still enjoys playing and watching all sports – as well as exploring London to find the next new spot!
Brilliant team - especially Mitch - for physio expertise and guidance. Feel very confident in the approach taken.
Mitch patched me up before a big race this September and was vital in my preparation. Could not recommend more highly.
