Meet the team

Megumi qualified with a BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy from the London School of Sports and Remedial Massage in 2014. She’s a Massage Therapist trained in holistic, deep tissue, sports and remedial massage – and has been providing massages for various clinics and sporting events. As an avid climber and mountaineer, Megumi has a deep personal relationship with sports and muscular wellbeing, which has evolved into a passion for broader physical movement and body awareness. A native of Japan, she believes strongly in taking a holistic approach to body maintenance, and that massage has a significant role to play in ensuring optimum health and physical recovery.

Outside work Megumi is a certified Rock-Climbing Instructor with Mountain Training UK. She is presently working at an indoor climbing wall in West London where she shares her passion for climbing and continues to train and build her knowledge and physical training skills.
