Meet the team

Kat joined the reception team at our Hampstead clinic in 2018 after spending several years working in a range of positions – from au pairing and catering to customer services, where she actively sought roles where she could interact and help people. Joining APPI matched both of these aims perfectly, as well as allowing her to immerse herself in Pilates. Kat shares a real passion for Pilates and helping our clients on their own rehabilitation and movement journeys. Spare time for Kat is about Pilates of course, swimming and spending time with friends – preferably soaking up a day taking in all of the beautiful nature we are surrounded by here in the UK.
