Meet the team
I completed my Level 3 training with Body Control Pilates in 2017, and have deepened my understanding of Pilates and movement by gaining a Level 4 qualification in instructing Pilates. I’m also qualified to teach Pilates for pregnancy, bone health, lower back pain and reformer.
After a career in digital project management in Paris – with classical Pilates as my fitness routine for 10 years – I decided to make Pilates more than a hobby when I moved to London. I’ve practised different sports like aikido, skiing and synchronised swimming, but only Pilates gave me this intense sense of precision and concentration – really connecting my mind and my body to fine tune my movements with each repetition.
I believe Pilates is a great method to gradually improve movement skills and movement function at any level. I like to adapt and model the exercises around the needs and goals of my clients to promote both intellectual and physical learning, in a positive and friendly environment. When I’m not teaching Pilates, I like walking and studying movement – and I love enjoying a tasty meal with my family and friends!
