BPHTY (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) HCPC, MCSP, AACP

Anna graduated from Otago University in New Zealand in 2007 before moving to the UK in 2010. She has worked in orthopaedics and the acute setting, both in the NHS and private hospitals – giving her a wide base of knowledge in complex conditions and the full pathway of pre- and post-operative management. Anna is APPI Pilates qualified and a member of the AACP, the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists. Anna treats all areas of the body – with special interests in back pain, post-operative rehabilitation, and knee and lower limb injuries. She combines biomechanics, manual therapy, acupuncture and exercise rehabilitation to assist her clients in achieving their goals. As a mother of two young boys Anna understands the time constraints of busy lifestyles, but also the importance of keeping up your personal health and wellbeing in order to maintain a happy and balanced lifestyle!

“I am currently offering Physiotherapy and 1 to 1 Pilates sessions via Zoom Online. Physiotherapy sessions are directly tailored to each client’s needs and include and initial assessment, advice and education, management strategies and a personalised program. There is so much we can do from the comfort of your own home to help guide and support you during this time.”

The Physio sessions with Anna were very helpful. She always listened and took care to give clear instructions and give guidance. This made the sessions very worthwhile and enjoyable. Thank you very much.
I much appreciate the sustained advice and support that Anna provides through her video Physio sessions. It’s very helpful to be able to maintain an ongoing dialogue about the issues involved in protracted recovery from injury.
