Where we are

Amanda Jadunath

Sports Therapist, APPI Pilates Instructor
MSc Sport Rehabilitation, BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning)

Amanda completed her BSc and MSc at St Mary’s University – and has also completed her mat and reformer Pilates courses with APPI. With a specialist interest in shoulder rehabilitation, Amanda has worked in the NHS for two years alongside extended-scope Physiotherapists and independent prescribers in ultrasound injection clinics. This experience has allowed her to use her clinical exercise prescriptions for a myriad of musculo-skeletal conditions – in particular for debilitating problems, which has given her a great sense of reward and satisfaction for her role.

Amanda has developed an ardent interest in clinical Pilates as a pre-rehab tool and a management tool, as well as for health and wellbeing. She enjoys getting her clients moving efficiently and functioning better. She’s also growing with Women’s Health Pilates and is expanding her scope in applied clinical Pilates.
