Meet the team

Alice graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2013 with a keen interest in Musculo-skeletal Physiotherapy and Pilates. From a young age Alice competed in gymnastics and studied dance to a high level – which involved using Pilates herself to improve performance and prevent injury. This led to studying APPI Pilates while still at university. Since graduating Alice has worked in multiple areas within Physiotherapy, including as a senior Musculo-skeletal Physiotherapist in the NHS, rugby teams and private practice. From the beginning Alice has been interested in how Pilates can be used alongside Physiotherapy to promote faster recovery, improve posture and increase function in all areas of life.

Alice is also a fully qualified APPI Pilates instructor in both mat and equipment and has trained in Kinesio Taping level one. Alice offers taping services alongside Physiotherapy for pain relief, sporting events and swelling. Outside of work Alice enjoys travelling, playing netball and eating out with friends!
