Vinyasa flow with Elizabeth Wolf

Join Elizabeth for the launch of our Vinyasa yoga class where you will flow through movements with one breath per movement.  At APPI, we teach according to what’s best for the class, so the flow will move depending on the collective mood of the class.  The way Elizabeth teaches Vinyasa is less about speed, and all about alignment.  Elizabeth pays meticulous attention to how you use your musculature properly to hold our bones in place to create just the right amount of space in our joints.
