Get slope-ready with our physio-led guided strength class designed specifically for skiers. Join our clinical manager and specially trained ski performance expert, Hannah Hobbs, and build the mobility, balance, and power you need to perform at your best while reducing the risk of injury — the perfect preparation to make the most of your 2025 – 2026 ski holiday!
You’ll also have the chance to ask our ski-performance specialist any questions about ski injuries and prevention strategies during the class.
Classes will run every Tuesday 6 – 7pm.
